To sign this petition mean you agree that a non violent inmate would be better served in a rehabiltation facility than in a hardend prison facility. wouldnt it be better for the inmate to work for his keep instead of the state or the people paying for his keep??? Give him the skills to accept and manage his addictions and become a productive member of society. We all have our demons BUT some of us have managed to escape an arrest record....and as innocent as your crime might have been you too could have been in the same situation...
