    Comments: In my opinion Ms. Kagan is not qualified to be a Supreme Court Judge. Ms. Kagan has never been elected or appointed to be a judge, and I feel that beacuse she has never sat on the bench and made decisions that effects the lives of more that her clients, that she should not be appointed to a life-time position. While her creditials are very impressive the meer fact that she has not been a judge should diqualifier her from the position. An example of this would be an EMT who regularly works in the emergency room should not be allowed to perform surgery on someone because he or she has no practial experience in that position. The same hold true for Ms. Kagan.
