On November 7th, 2012, Patrick Labbe RN MSN was terminated from Harvest Health and Rehab because he refused reassignment from QA Nurse to Staff Nurse. Mr. Labbe is a disabled Veteran with Diabetes and a Below the Knee Amputation. Harvest Health and Rehab was aware of his disabilty when hired. Mr. Labbe was able to do the job he was hired for and did so for two months. However managenent at Harvest Health and Rehab changed Mr. Labbe's job to one that he was unable to do because of his disability. When Mr. Labbe refused the transfer he was terminated. We request Mr. Labbe be restored to his original job with back pay.
