I obtained a no contact harassment restraining order against him in 2009.  That did not stop him.  For the following two years, he terrorized me with my death because I wanted nothing to do with him.  He threatened to take the line of a fishing pole and choke me until my eyes came out if I did not want to see him.  I left the state.  That did not stop him.  He called me 45-50 times daily threatening me with being shot, kidnapping, etc.

He infiltrated a family that had a police officer and convinced them that I needed to be charged with forwarding email messages for their assistance in saving my life.  They gave him their full support.  In addition, they supported a mother that had abused me gravely for years prior to that and she and him convinced the department that she was a victim and so was she.

He was convicted of four counts of stalking me but was never arrested.  I was told that what he was saying to me, was also said to a Director of Social Work at the University of Minnesota by the widow of the DC Sniper and I was put in touch with her to assist me safety planning.

This police department unraveled a safety plan put in place for me by advocates and the prosecutors office using the abuse of this family.  He was able to get felony stalking charges dropped and federal charges questioned for stalking me across state lines.  They made him a part of the family and assisted him in harassing, tormenting and cybertalking threats.

He is now incarcerated and I am seeking to have these charges reinstated for my future safety and the safety of others.  This family has convinced the police that he was a nice guy being harassed and stalked by me and his "anger" was due to my harassment of him.  He was never a nice guy, he was always violent with a long violent history, a drug user, an abuser and a killer and does not deserve anything less and I do not deserve to have him in 

my life at any level due to the support of this family.
