Dear Fellow MCS Parents, We were informed that our middle school teacher, Mr. Timon Keller, was not invited back to MCS Middle school for 2013-2014 year. As with many other parents, this news was a shock and a disappointment for us. Our daughter, as well as several other students were sad to hear their "Favorite Teacher" at MCS is not returning. I think as a parent of an student at a Private Christian School our voice with God's guidance is worthy of the administration's ear.

Here is what we know about Mr. Keller and why we don't support the decision not to renew Mr. Keller's contract.

We prayerfully considered sending our child to MCS so she would be provided a quality education that prepared her to live, serve in the church and the world according to a Biblical worldview.  Mr. Keller is a faithful servant of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, whose teaching our child with a Biblical foundation for a life of service. The impact Mr. Keller made on my daughter by teaching the truth of God's word helped my daughter become more sanctified, preparing her for life and ministry. Mr. Keller continues to seek God's guidance in his ministry and life. We ask that the board and leaders at First Baptist Church of Maryville reconsider their decision to dismiss Mr. Keller.

Remember the truth of Proverbs 16:3, "Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and your plans will succeed."
