As parents we all request that Coach Tony be reinstated to complete his obligation to coach our children for the Spring 2014 soccer season for his current teams, which are U-10 and U-11 boys and U-12 girls. Our children deserve to have Coach Tony complete their season. Having a coach terminated mid-season is not in the best interest of our children. The explanation that "changes are being made" is not a sound explanation, because it appears no other coach has been terminated. As parents we have seen Coach Tony spend energy and effort to train our children and to instill values of which we want our child athletes to embrace. We are disappointed with the decisions management has made and have been given no plausible explanation as to why Coach Tony should not be permitted to complete this season. We have a voice, we pay fees and will not accept Coach Tony being removed. What confidence do we have that this type of sudden decision will not happen again in the future? Please reinstate Coach Tony for the benefit of our children and our teams. Stripping Coach Tony of his ability to coach with all of his amazing credentials is unbelievable, a former coach for professional teams is an asset to our children. We know that terminating his mid-season also impacts him financially in that he cannot find another club to coach mid-season, this is inconsiderate and foul play at best. Again, please reinstate Coach Tony, what really does anyone have to lose except our children?
