Google is slapping Play Store customers in the face by shipping the Nexus 7 to other source before customers who pre-ordered from it's own store. Google needs to explain why some people who ordered the first day, and even during the keynote announcing the Nexus 7, have not even received shipping notices on the day of the tablets release while others who bought at brick and mortar stores have their device in hand. Goolge should also refund the shipping or give Play Store credit to those who pre-ordered the Nexus 7 tablet from the Play Store. These customers choose Google first as a retailer and Google failed them.
