i think the care quality commission who are supposed regulators of our elderly care homes,mental health hospitals,hospitals are failing the most vulnerable people in society-we need more quality and safe dignified care and demand that our elderly and mentally unwell service users are treated with respect and in full accordance to the government standards and the code of practice.
