We, the residents of Lucy Diggs Slowe Hall at Howard University, would like to be refunded at least half of the total cost for residency in Slowe Hall. That would dictate a total value of $2036 each. We have been very patient with Howard University when dealing with the loss of heat during and after a blizzard, the loss of hot water usage, the loss of water usage, and the deterioration of the building amongst other faults. This petition directly expresses the disappointment and inconvenience we face daily in Slowe Hall. We are willing to accept the conditions here only if the aforementioned demand is met.
