70 AnonymousAnonymousIt doesnt make sense that we are PERMANENT resident, we SERVE in military, PAY all TAXES and SOCIAL SECURITY..............and be made to wait 5 YEARS for SPOUSE/CHILD
71 Marie AnnMeyr-CarolanI am a voting, tax paying, law abiding USC (my husband also pays his taxes) and we are trying to go through this broken immigration system with it's insane laws. I feel that the years of separation from my husband and the expense of all the lawyers and filing fees (also refiling fees) are enough punishment. Where are my human rights America?

90 RaymondHootIt's outrageous what our Congress is saying about the values of this country. We know longer seem to hold to our truths about immigration that is stamped on the statue of liberty. Maybe we should grind it off and tell the world we no longer want your poor and downtrodden. I will not vote for anyone in Congress that holds such contradictory views that most of us Americans still hold dear.

99 LeAnnNoffsingerMy husband immigrated legally to the US 3 and a half years ago. He has been paying taxes since that time. I was born a US citizen and I have been paying taxes for almost 20 years. We both live in the United States and our money is spent here. We are being denied our stimulus payment because my husband didn't get him permanent residence until this year. We obviously can't stimulate the American economy. We have a child and one on the way. It is unfair that we are not part of the stimulus package.
