Comments: reform can only be to grant automatic and equal access for the child to both parents and families....otherwise there will be a continuation of this and a waste of family money and a lining of the legal pockets of the courts and solicitors

Comments: The "family courts" themselves violate the law. Then we are told by the government our only recourse is to go "back to the family courts" How easy for these people to destroy wonderful relationships between a father and child. How long would THEY tolerate this occuring with them and their child The entire process is a violation of basic human and constitutional rights. Parents find they must spend all they have to see their children and these are the parents kept away by the "family" courts, that the children need.

Comments: I don't care where in the world one is because the "Best Interest of the Child"should be upheld nomatter what country your in! I hope this helps your cause because it should if anybody truely cares about the children. The principle of the "Best Interest of the Child" means that a child must not be the victim of conflicts between his/her parents, and the child's interests must not be confused with those of the child's parents or extended family! Please keep in touch

Comments: I,the undersigned, ask the Government to recognise the flouting of contact orders to be an act of harassment against the non-resident parent under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997. Further that contact orders be made with notice that denial of contact will be met with either non-punitive or punitive action or both.
