Name: Steven Vranic on May 19, 2004Comments: My wife has flouted the contct order 70 times. I have been charged with harrassment for texting her to ask to see the kids. CAFCASS supported her stopping contat, because "she says" I made derogatory remarks againt her. I can only have contact now if my next door neighburs supervise it i.e. stay with me the whole time! Has anyoneelse been put in a sumilarly ridiculous position My wife has dragged my two childen aged 2 and 5 to solicitors, and police. they have heard all her unsupported allegations, yet if I deny them to my daughter I am denigrating her!Flag

Name: Paul Harrison on May 19, 2004Comments: Whilst the current system allows for systematic abuse of children by their mothers, in denying access too their fathers, it will not enforce a mother to adhere to Court Orders. Why are they issued if the court will not enforce their decisionsFlag

Name: Sarah Hatt on May 19, 2004Comments: I strongly agree with this, that children should not be denied the right to se their parent (as long as its in their interest to see the other parent) but equally my daughter sees her dad 3 times a year and has no other contact (his choice not ours) wheres the fairness in that for her or me. It is also far too easy for parents to walk away and not be held responsible.Flag

Name: Edward Schneider on May 19, 2004Comments: I am an American fighting for my American children and have been completely and totally abused by the archaic and barbaric family courts. I find it brutally disturbing that a country that portrays itself as just and moral that it would be so blinded and it would support abuse on its own children, by its own government. What a shame.Flag
