Comments: Flouted Contact Orders is a National disgrace. A clear message needs to be sent to parents who refuse to adhere to court rulings. The wrong message is being sent, perpetuating the denial of fathers in childrens lives.

Comments: I as a mother think it is ridiculous how contact orders are continually being breached. When a mother breaks contact nothing seems to be done about it, i.e she is threatend with police action but nothing is ever done, whereas if the dad does the same the police are at his door within hours, sorry not all dads are treated so badly. Why bother with contact orders at all because who is there to police them I could go on forever about the family law misconduct. Please sort out this situation soon for the sake of the children involved, two parents are better than one.

Comments: Parenting is a dual responsibility irrespective of circumstances. The love a child has for a parent is unconditional. Who are we to allow others to flaunt that right! This generation of child and teenager is confused and without balance or adequate leadership and strength, no matter it's hat, we will have chaotic, irresponsible adults in the future. Does the legislative assembly really know the pain a parent feels when denied the right to have some positive infleunce on a child Trust me, the pain is the worst sentence a person can be handed down. I would rather I was not divorced but hanged! The sentence would be less harsh, less soul destroying, less damaging to the child and less expensive. NO to flaunting regulations and orders NO MATTER WHAT SEX.

Comments: defined access by Courts is too small small resulting in children becoming strangers to their own parents without care. Nothing less than automatic rights for children to a Family life with BOTH parents will resolve this issue.

Comments: I hope this petition helps to radically shift the dysfunctional structure and function of 'uk family law' which provably and routinely does great damage to thousand upon thousands of sacred, loving parent-child relationships (arguably the very glue of healthy human community).
