It's time to make the government listen and force them to have a referendum, then and only then will we know exactly what the people of Britain want. Votes for prisoners?? Fines from the EU for breaking rules?? Rules which have been enforced on us. It costs GB approximately £50 million a day to stay in the EU - for what??

Please sign and make the government have a referendum

Updates

I am currently compiling the arguments regarding the daily financial cost of membership to present directly to my local Member of Parliament. A formal request for a meeting is being drafted to ensure this petition remains part of the local policy discussion.

The scale of this response confirms that a formal referendum is the only acceptable path forward for the government. I have contacted legal counsel to begin drafting a submission that forces this issue onto the parliamentary agenda.

It's too big and not viable. We have very little autonomy now. Germany and France will never have our interests at heart. And on the subject of immigration, some countries like Poland have so many of their people here that, of course, their government will want their people to be able to c;laim benefits which they send back home- and also claim for children who don't even live here.

Would David Cameron have had such a wonderful education and all the privileges that brings if his father had invested in institutions that spent billions yet never had an audited set of accounts? Let's get out of this crooks club now!
