The Riverside City College administration should reestablish and institutionalize the Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics Center. The STEM Center is necessary for the transfer of STEM students and for tutoring in math and science for all majors. The administration has proven unable to exercise immediate action and the students must compel them to act.
