I am looking to revoke the authority from NTC/NCP/NPE for their access and issuing tickets to the residents of Reed Mill development.

The only people who can access are those with keys....

If there are issues with parking then use your initiative - and don't call this firm! How will it help you? The person receiving the Parking Charge Notice will not move their car until they want; and do the funds compensate anybody? No.

These firms are not regulated by the law, and they should be stopped.

We are being targeted as this is where we live. I have spoken to a few of you about this matter, and have come to the conclusion that we should be united on revoking their authority to access the development and demand money from the residents.

This will be taken forward to Watsons when I have reached enough residents on the petition.
