We, the family and friends of Ricky Maurice Pee hereby petition the Courts for a reduction in sentencing to time served.  Ricky has been incarcerated for the past nine years and was given a twenty-one year sentence for less than 10 grams of cocaine in 2004.  Ricky was a drug addict, not a drug dealer.  He was represented in Court by a public defender who did not call any character witnesses, did not mention Ricky's drug addiction, did not get reports from any treatment centers, and did not question the motives of the two felons who gave testimony in exchange for plea deals. The punishment does not fit the crime.  Mass murderers, rapists, and thieves receive less time than this. Free Ricky Pee
