This message is to bring to your attention towards an opportunity that exists to propose a reduction in our maintenance fees with a unified voice. Your support will be highly appreciated and will benefit the community at large.

The main objective is to create more value which is to reduce maintenance fees without reducing level of essential services. A few of us HC residents have examined the budget and feel that a discussion with the Board as well as IMPAC is warranted to see how our monthly dues can be managed better and if possible, reduced, without compromising the overall quality of the complex.

The intent here is to create a unified forum to raise awareness on this topic within the community and create broad support to take this matter directly to the Board. We kindly urge everyone to spare a little time to join our efforts to provide ideas and help reverse the increase.
