The RedHawk HOA Board would like to amend the existing RedHawk CCR. The reason being out of 45 homes, 11 houses are already being rented out. That is more than 25% of Homeowners. If we do not change the CCR to limit the number of houses that can be converted into rental, we face a serious problem of the majority of houses being rental.
