Dear President Obama

We are asking that you take into consideration our petition for a REDFLAG Law ,for parents . As this type of law is not only well overdue it is imperative to have this type of law as thousands of parents everyday face retaliation after a family court petition is filied , and many have been ,hurt ,killed,and falsely accused taking away thier lives ,thier childrens lives and altering ones entire life . This type of red flag law would require state courts and other persons of authority (police departments) to be signaled the moment a petition is filed ,to prevent retaliation having them aware of a current family situation in progress ,we believe this would lesson the amount of retaliation in a whole ,this would also allow for many parents to get the support thier children so need without constant fear of retalition .As there are currently millions that are afraid to file because there is no system designed to provide some sort of protection. This could be similar to an (Amber Alert) accept they are alerting courts and police this an excellent proceedure well worth putting in place as the most important issue is that this system can save lives . all it takes is a small system with the click of a button ,it will allow police to check on endangered women and children if they are aware of such court proceedings ,this will save future false arrest and criminal cases where one is just being retaliated against ,this simple system will lesson the number of parents seeking welfare instead of child support .this simple system will not only provide extra safety ,but improve our economy as well .It is time to protect parents ,it is time to fix this system it is owed not only to the parents and children who have already been killed over retaliation but we believe it is owed to future parents as well . Allow us to feel safer when doing what is right in family court stop us from being afraid to deal with family court we need a RedFlag law alerting system.
