There is a vast number of student apartments and other housing in the Normal,IL area. It includes Illinois State University, Wesleyan University, and Heartland Community College. With such a large number of students in the area, the opprutunity to recycle is not available in many of the complexes. We ask those companies to put in place recycling stations in all their building for their residents to have access.
