I would like the court to reconsidering reopening my divorce decree on grounds of newly found evidence.My husband divorce me 4 years ago and won.The problem is he lied about everything and had hidden assets that i found,I have factual compelling evidence from bank account's to community property,And he said we were separated in 2005 and i can show the real truth. He used it for financial gain (Jobs Insurance) he didn't not graduate from correctional academy until 2005, we were married in 2003. When he graduated from correctional academy in galt ca the Governer Arnold Schunegger put a freeze on all correctional officer in the state of california for 3 years. My husband traveled home every weekend. I have wittness and legal proof to obtain my accusations.Proof from Job Insurance ,Bank Account's Bank Statement's to postal mail address that he hide.
