We the people of the United States of America petition to the Obama administration to recognize independent self-insured Americans. We will not pay federal mandated health insurance. Instead, we pledge to save ten percent, or a reasonable  percent, of our yearly income in a private health savings account. We promise to pay our own health care costs.
