Why?

Black people have been collectively seeking Sovereignty from the United States. Our true Freedom from Slavery. The reason that has not happened is because as long as we are classified as Negro, Blacks, Black American, African-American, we have no legal standing in the United States and we will not be able to get our forty acres and Mule or Reparations per se.

Ask yourself what is the black language, where is the black flag, country and where is the land of Negros, Blacks and African American?

This is why they call us "Niggers" because we claim a Nationality that does not exist. We are a Nation within a Nation. We are the people of the Washitaw Nation, the Original People of Abaya Yala.

We are the Washitaw Nation, recognized under the UN Charter number 215/93. We have been recognized as an Indigenous peoples and Nation since 1993. The world is waiting for you to address your Nationality.

The goal of this petition is to re-classify our Nationality from Negro, Black, African-American to Washitaw of the Washitaw Nation of the land Abaya Yala.

The original name of our land is Abaya Yala.

We seek to reclassify ourselves collective on all legal documents, i.e. birth certificates, Social Security and the like. We seek to reclassify ourselves in all associated institutions and information transmitted to the world regarding that has classified us as Slaves, Blacks, Freedmen, Mulatto, Negro, and African American, as those classifications are the continuance of Cultural Genocide.

This is only the first step to building our Nation, The Washitaw Nation of the land Abaya Yala.
