Name: Kenneth Cordes on Oct 28, 2007Comments: The people who are running the Woodlands are not in any way for the people living in the woodlands. There things that should have been done way before they worried about putting curbs in like fix the roofs on some of the building that people live in, I could go on and on. All I'll say is what they are doing is so wrong but when you have a group of people who don't have a clue on what to do first and what not to do, it will never work at the Woodlands. If you would like to hear my suggestion on what to do and not do , please feel free to call me 201-317-5775 cell or 973-838-6644 work, any time.Flag

Name: Jen Alden on Nov 1, 2007Comments: Why the assessment Why are we short Where is money going that we are so short We are already one of the hightest associations fees in area, why the addition. I thought that was why it was raised in the first place.Flag

Name: JACQUELINE LINDSEY on Nov 1, 2007Comments: I am very interested in how the proposed assessment monies are going to be used. Compared to other communities, lawn care and other common areas are receiving minimum attention. Is the assessment due to negligence on the part of some of our residents or poor maintenance managementFlag

Name: William Bugdon on Nov 1, 2007Comments: Although I sold my unit earlier this year, I caution that you do not underestimate the underhanded ways of Brenda Morrison. She is a danger, financially and otherwise, to the Woodlands community and will overstep her bounds any chance she gets. This is simply a woman that enjoys being in a position of "percieved" power and with a weak board, she continues to get away with the business of ensuring a fat paycheck for herself while putting the neds of the Woodlands Community at risk!Flag

Name: Rochelle Nehmad on Nov 1, 2007Comments: The proposed increase will cause a major hardship for me and many owners i have spoken to. I am on social security disability and I would have to sell my home. The other owners that I know said they would also have to sell their homes.Flag

I continue to see a decline in upkeep as well as a lack on response or no respeonse for repairs. request. What every happen to the funds to complete the siding.Flag

Name: Richard W Irion on Nov 3, 2007Comments: I accept that there are needs in this community that require additional funds. I also have no problem with the fact that these funds must come from those of us who are residents within this community. However; I do also agree a more open process would serve all concerned. Name: Jean Walkens Moise on Nov 3, 2007Comments: I really don't know why I'm paying this association Fee for. I think they shoud reduce the fee for everyone in this communitybecause they don't for it.The fund that I'm paying right now is way too high for the work they' ve done so far. Bottom line the look of this community is regrettable for me, but I am hopping that they think a better way to do things. Thank you...Flag

Name: Richard C. Allen on Nov 3, 2007Comments: We are never given any info. It is a very tight, closed, group. I was Vice President of a Condo Assoc. in Connecticut for 5 years. We always tried to keep the owners informed. We even held informal meetings at our own condo's that were open to the owners.Flag

Name: Charlie Power on Nov 3, 2007Comments: I was informed that Woodlands was planning on raising condo fees without a 30 Day notice (Which is illegal) and Woodlands does nothing for the $220 per month that they already charge. It is completely ridiculous how the this place is run. You can ask alomost ANYONE who lives here. They will tell you they are unhappy and disgusted with many outrageous fees and fines. Also the Woodlands doesn't keep up their "end". Everyone that I have spoken to wants to leave as soon as possible and wished they never came here. It was the single worst thing to do, moving here and has been nothing but a nightmare, my neighbors agreeFlag

Name: Janet L Letusick-Spear on Nov 3, 2007Comments: if we got the loan and the payments were figured into the budget and that money was for repairs we should not need a assessment- also at time the 50.00 increase went through, it was only to be until our backup funds were replenished and then our fees were to be decreased.Flag

Name: Mr. & Mrs. William E. Ward II on Nov 3, 2007Comments: I strongly approve of this communication. In addition to this, I have some serious concerns about the Woodlands Association. They are collecting fees from Owners, but do not respond to request put forward by owners. I really would like to know how our hard earned fees are being utilized. I have two work orders dating from the beginning of last year that have completely been ignored by the Association even though I am threatened when I am late in paying my fees.Flag

Name: Marie Carole Jose on Nov 3, 2007Comments: I agree with all that was stated above and I share the same concerns. The association is requesting money but I've lived at the Woodlands for 2 years now and the day that I moved in there was sewerage break in front of my home they fixed the problem never completed the work as far taking care of the landscaping. They removed a tree but never fixed the grass. and never clean the mud of the siding. I would like to know where all this money is going.Flag
