We, the Stakeholders of the San Diego Unified School District DEMAND that Trustee Marne Foster be removed from her position via recall on the San Diego Unified Board of Education immediately for the following violations and misdeeds:
1. Improper fundraising violations where Ms. Foster used the District resources including the District Website and Contractor contacts to benefit herself financially both personally and politically.
2. Improper intervention into School Sites to intimidate Teachers and Administrators to open sealed documents and change records to the financial benefit of attaining scholarship money for her family members.
3. Improper coercion and intimidation of District Central Office personnel, including and by, Superintendent Cindy Marten and Area Superintendent Lamont Jackson to improperly assist her operationally and cover up her misdeeds.
We DEMAND that Trustee Marne Foster be REMOVED or RESIGN immediately.

I am spending my afternoons calling the board office to demand answers about these ethical violations. Send an email to your local representative today and tell them that Marne Foster belongs nowhere near our school district. We keep the pressure on until they cannot ignore us anymore.

The pressure we applied forced this resignation and proved that organized action works. Now that she is out, contact your local school board representative to ensure this level of corruption never returns.

Disgusted. As a former student of SCPA who found HIGHLY QUALIFIED AND PROFESSIONAL Principal Lizarraga's removal sketchy and unwarranted, I am disgusted.
Public officials should not use their position to curry special favors or treatment for members of their family.
I attended the Brothers2College fundraiser which I learned about on the San Diego Unified School District website when I clicked on the Facebook link. It was still there at 7/25/2015 3:26 PM. Marne Foster told me her event was tax-deductible. As president of San Diego Unified School District, it behooves Marne Foster to know the laws. The California Attorney General website provides the state charity laws. The laws were enacted to protect the public from those who claim to be charities for the public good to solicit money but are not legal charitable organizations. The Fair Political Practices Commission website provides guidance to politicians. No excuses.
This have nothing to do with race.Wrong is wrong, and she is dead wrong. Yet our students, and community is the dis-serviced, and harmed citizens that is paying for her greed, and misdoing.
I'm signing because of the fundraiser for her children's college fund. Inappropriate.
Take Cindy Martens and of of the other conspirators with her.
This behavior is shameful and a poor example of an administrator in any job, but especially in a school district.

I think you could probably add filing a false claim against the district for damages against her son. Something smells very foul about her behavior regarding this claim as well! What a morally corrupt and reprehensible person Marne is and I certainly hope we can remove her toxic impact on schools and children in San Diego Unified.
