Recall Associate Judge Graciela Olvera

346 Signatures Goal: 1,500

We, the undersigned and citizens of the State of Texas, are outraged that the 256th District Family Court, entrusted and paid to protect children would take a child from his protective mother and place him into the unsupervised custody of, the child's father identified and known for sexually abusing the child. Placing a child in the custody, or, any unsupervised contact, with - known perpetrators of child sexual abuse, in contradiction of state statute. We are calling for an investigation and audit into all cases where protective parents have lost custody of their children because of the misconduct of “professionals” and organizations put in place to protect them.

Judge Olvera mind is gone. Maybe she is overworked. Her rulings show she is stressed out and trying to hold it together. She really needs help. If she doesn't seek help immediately she may begin to have suicidal thoughts. If she commits suicide then their will be many parents who can sue the courts for having an incompetent judge on the bench. She needs to be removed.

Judge Olvera engaged in ex-parte communication with my ex's attorney when my ex's attorney was caught asking her for legal advice and Judge Olvera told her what to file. I have currently reporting her the State Commission of Judicial Conduct. She has also withheld temporary order rulings from me so that I would not appeal her decision. This judge is corrupt and should have been off the bench along time ago.

My best friend went in front of her when she was in the 256th District Court and she told him if he even thinks about appealing her ruling, she would see to it that he never see's his kids. He reported her to the court coordinator Kathy Sanchez who saw to it that he never stepped foot in Olvera's court again as he as he didn't report her. Makes me wonder if Judge David Lopez was ready to boot her out as David Lopez has pretty much been just and followed the law.

Olvera commits to many violations to hold a bench.

Worst judge in Texas. Whoever elected this idiot should never be allowed to vote again. What a waste of taxpayer money

She makes me sick. Is it too late to file a complaint against her for her reckless misuse of power and lack of judgement and fairness she showed in a 2012 family law case I was involved in? The outcome was extremely unjust, totally devastating, and caused damage that will last a lifetime. She should be permanently barred from practicing law and be held accountable for the wrongs she has done to so many undeserving parents and children.
