Aliens: Colonial Marines has the customization that AvP doesn't, but AvP has the gameplay that Colonial Marines doesn't. Maybe insuring a "3rd person view" for the Xenomorphs and guarenteed customization, I'm sure Rebellion will do a great job, again. There was customization in AvP, but nothing as far as genders, move-sets, or vast appearances (for all Humans, Predators and Xenomorphs). This is for Multiplayer, of course. Let's make this game unique!
