I petition the court to reappoint Edward L. Gillespie as the executor of my fathers estate. The estate has been closed, but it has been reopened. The Will of Edward E. Gillespie specifies that I am the executor. I reapplied to be the executor, but was denied by Clerk of Superior Court, Will Crocker. He appointed a public administrator which is not in accordance with NCGS 128-12-4. and NCGS 28A. I requested that I be reappointed to serve as the executor as specified in my father's Last Will and Testament.
