    Comments: I drove up to this site 2 days ago. It's appalling that this project was ever allowed to proceed. The destruction of the whole top of the mountain is a disaster. How did the Planning and Zoning Commission ever approve this? And where is the oversight? This is a deplorable situation, all for the almighty dollar. How sad for the townspeople of Bethel.

    Comments: While development is understandable, ugliness is not. Reforestation not only has aesthetics value but also ecological ones. Toll bros needs to do the right thing and replant. Ugliness devalues our town and our properties.
