    Comments: Cloud 9 although I have never been to myself, is very well known as more of lounge. Violence and issues due to the sale or use of alcohol have never been a problem unlike many of the locations surrounding it. Based on feedback from peers who have gone, hookah was more of a voluntary and recreational complement to the events and activities taking place. Cloud 9 and it's well respected owner have tried their best to comply with this city's laws and deserve every right to earn the permits which allow it to function.
