RE-Licensing Program in Arizona Maricopa County

Currently in Arizona we seem to have a growing number in Suspended Licenses, or Revoked Licenses, and constant Driving while suspended Tickets can cause a Snowball effect of simply accumulating Fines.
This can put a Crutch many American citizens. Especially due to the fact that the public transportation in most Maricopa cities are Lacking and can put a burden to ones Job or Family.
This is a Petition to send to our Arizona Congressmen Ann Kirkpatrick of Transportation and Veteran Affairs to Request a "Re-Licensing Program" as used in; Yakima, Spokane,kings county Washington.
This cooperative program will provide several very important opportunities:
----Opportunity for you to help develop a personalized plan to become a licensed and insured driver;
---Opportunity to waive your collection fees to help with the
reinstatement of your driving privileges;
---Opportunity to combine all traffic offense fine payments from participating jurisdictions into a manageable monthly amount;
---Opportunity to have all participating jurisdictions release the holds on your driving privileges based upon your successful progress in completing the program.
