Gatecon DVD Extended Edition: please delight us with all the footage

Dear Richard Dean Anderson,
We, the undersigned, are eagerly awaiting the release of the DVD containing the footage of your appearance at Gatecon 2008. Please, if you don’t have any personal misgivings about it, give Allan Gowen permission to actually produce and sell an uncut, full version of the event. From your professional (film production) point of view it naturally makes more sense to offer us a DVD with the highlights of your panels. But for us, the fans, your whole performance (during the panels as well as the auction and the photo sessions) was ONE BIG HIGHLIGHT! So there really is no point in editing, cutting and summarizing this weekend into a one-hour show.
You made this event a wonderful and amazing experience for everybody who was there. To have this experience on DVD to re-watch and re-experience would mean a lot to us; especially to those of us who were seated rather in the back of the hall, those who aren’t native English speakers and therefore didn’t “get” everything that was said, and last but not least, those of us who were just sooo excited that the whole weekend kind of passed in a blur... not to forget those who weren't lucky enough to be there.
We’d be happy to have a one-hour, ‘Richard Dean Anderson at Gatecon - Highlights’… but we’d be absolutely delighted to have a full-version, ‘Richard Dean Anderson at Gatecon – The Highlight [uncut]’.
If you don’t mind, please grant us this Extended Edition. We’ll gladly pay good money for those DVDs and in doing so support SSCS… a nice deal, don’t you think? ;o)
