| 102 | William Brown | The village suregry is absolutely critical to maintaining the close village community. Any decrease in the numbers of medical staff available would be very detrimental to the residents of the village given the age of the majority of the population, the Care Home close to the surgery and the distance to be travelled to the next nearest surgery. |
| 103 | carol scott | I have already signed the one in the surgery but thought I would do the job again and add my husband Peter's name to it as well as he is a patient of the surgery |

| 106 | Rita Edyvean | I receive an excellent service from the dispensary and would be lost without it. |

| 112 | E Bell | The pharmacy within the surgery is so convenient, you go to the doctor and then just pop to the booth and get your prescription. This is an excellent service and brilliant for old people and young Mums who can get their prescriptions there and then. Parking can be difficult in the village as well so being able to see the doctor and get your prescriptions from the same place saves time as well. |
| 113 | Robert Bell | What a shame to lose the integral pharmacy - nothing could be easier for patients than getting their prescriptions straight away in the same place. Its madness to allow another pharmacy to open. |
| 114 | Christine Taylor | I am happy with the good service we receive.
There is no need for another dispensary in this village.
A pharmacy only would be more appropriate. |
| 115 | susan doyle | rowlands castle surgery runs very well and has a very efficient tean which we could loose if another pharmacy opens also we could not do without the services they provide which is always excellent |

| 118 | BRIAN V. PAYNE. | VERY HAPPY WITH EXISTING ARRANGEMENTS
WHICH HAVE WORKED VERY WELL FOR A LONG TIME. I SEE NO REASON TO CHANGE THEM BY BRINGING ANOTHER PHARMACY INTO THE AREA. |
| 119 | MRS. M. A. PAYNE. | I SUPPORT MY HUSBANDS VIEWS AND AM AGAINST THE APPLICATION FOR A NEW PHARMACY AS PROPOSED BY MAHINDRA CHAUHAN. |
| 120 | David Barton, Penelope Barton and Andrew Barton | |
| 121 | Janet Fish | Proposed services are already being provided within the surgery, further services are not required and would have a determental effect on existing services. I therefore object to this application |

| 125 | jennider dolman | A successful application would destroy the integrated and effective medical services provided by the current Surgery.
This would be impossible with the proposed Pharmacy in Rowlands Castle. |

| 130 | Deborah Berney | It is imperative that the current services currently offered by the Rowlands Castle Surgery/ dispensing Pharmacy is maintained. An independant Pharmacy is not required within the village or supprt areas as this service is provided by other service providers. |

| 134 | Sylvia Tomkinson | We are served very well with the current surgery and want to be able to continue getting our prescription medicines all within one building. There are many types of shops that would be really welcome in the village but a pharmacy is not one of them. |
| 135 | Susan Fisher | |
| 136 | Julie Oliver | I would say that an inhouse pharmacy at our surgery is of great benefit to the whole community. I am a disabled patient and would find it very difficult to collect my prescriptions from a venue other than the surgery |

| 148 | karen turton | Simple pain killers can no doubt be purchased at the village shop and anything serious be treated out of hours at the local Trust a+e ?
If the Surgery were to review its services there would be employment issues ,difficulty maintaining high standards less patient choice and negative community development |

| 150 | Anonymous | The Rowlands Castle Surgery has always provided an excellent service to the people of this village. A new pharmacy is not needed, and more importantly would severely impact and threaten the excellent service provided by the surgery. |
