Comments: Most people in the village use the surgery so what need is there for a pharmacy - I travel from Horndean to this surgery and it is excellent to close it would be deprimental in the health care offered in the area. R Mitchell

Comments: I am on permanent medication and the dispensary at Rowlands castle provides a vitla, high qulaity and convenient service which I need to use on a regular basis. I am opposed to the proposed pharmacy as I understand it would lead to the loss of the dispensary service and would also reduce the doctor and nurse services (which I also need to use on a regular basis).

Comments: The service we have received from Rowlands Castle Surgery, since moving to the area 2 years ago, has been outstanding and the integral dispensary has been a crucial part of that service.

Comments: We use a number of repeat prescription items for our children. The smooth running of the surgery and its dispensary, has been great in terms of reducing the number of trips we have to make.

Comments: The proposed application would threaten the extremely valuable medical service provided in Rowlands Castle, which requires ongoing use of its useful services additional to 'traditional medical services' in order to remain a viable business.

Comments: I do not see the need for yet another dispensing Chemist in the area as we already have several in the local areaone namely in Horndean, Clanfield, cowplain, havant , Given my own medication these pharnacies do not hold a particulary good stock.

Comments: I feel this application will impact on the provision of medical services provided by the local Doctors surgery. I think it is more important to have minor ailment scheme and a nurse practitioner available to the village via their doctors surgery than to loose this service for the sake of another local pharmacy

Comments: The dispensary within Rowlands Castle surgery has always given a comprehensive service. In fact the overall service I have experienced at the surgery has been highly caring and organised. The provision of pharmacy services within the local area is excellent and I can see no need for this to be added to at this time. The loss of certain services at Rowlands Castle would be a blow to local residents, many of whom are elderly, and would mean that patients would have to travel to be treated or to obtain some services. I cannot see how this would improve the lives of patients.
