We found the approach that the police officers utilized to be disrespectful to the institution, its students, its faculty, and the larger community.
We therefore demand:
1. A formal apology to the entire Roxbury Community College faculty, students, and staff from Commissioner Edward F. Davis.
2. A formal apology to the family of the victim from Commissioner Edward F. Davis
3. The permanent termination, from law enforcement, of the police officers who abused their power during the incident.

” When those elected to protect the people that are paid by the people's money abuse their power and unreasonably harm and intimidate those whom they are sworn to protect at escalating levels throughout the country, even as we speak , it is clear to me that something must be done.”
This is exactly what happens when police think they own our streets and our schools. Disgusting behavior right here in our own backyard.
They act like they can do whatever they want to anyone they want. Time for some real consequences instead of just getting away with it every single time.
Roxbury deserves better than this. Police are suppose to help us not bully kids on campus. Fix this now.
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. We need to hold these officers accountable for what they did. My heart goes out to the victim and their family.
