Comments: I am signing this because i want other councils to follow suit and then maybe individual restaurants and cafe's with follow. I always ask for vegan options when i am ouot even if i am not going to be eating just to make people aware that we do want a choice.

Comments: As a vegetarian, I find it ridiculously limitting, in the 21st Century, to still find myself scouring menus before going out to determine whether I am allowed to eat at a particular establishment

Comments: The health benefits of a wholefood plant based diet are now so overwhelming, that I would recommend that two thirds of all menus be vegetarian and half of those be vegan.

Comments: Why is this not already done. Veggie options also cover most other religious taboos eg, pig, cow and so on. It makes sense.

Comments: I'm a strict vegetarian and avoid non-organic dairy produce for ethical reasons. I would be really pleased if vegetarian and vegan food was more available.
