   Comments: Please help in spreading the word and sending the petition out to as many people as you know. Hopefully, if enough people are asking restaurants for post harvested oysters more will serve them in Louisiana. FYI - the last I heard there were only 10-12 restaurants in the entire state who sell SAFE oysters currently!!! We need your help ...we have a bigt job ahead of us!

   Comments: Never know what the raw/cooked oysters can harm or happen to human being to be life saver for not eating them so why not eat shirmp or crab or other kind of seafood that are safe

    Comments: I love eating oysters and try to be an educated consumer. I am informed of bacteria and methods to safely consume oysters if post harvested. Making this a mandatory safety regulation reduces hazard and improves industry practices for mankind to consume raw shellfish products.
