I am disgusted that the police force are issuing cautions for serious crimes such as rape, as one of the most evil of crimes i think this needs addressing first. Harsher sentences should be in place for this crime, but a slap on the wrist for torturing someone with violence and humiliation during brutal assualts in a fiendish way would be laughable if it wasn't so serious. I need at least 10,000 signatures to this to take it to downing street and get this changed, the justice system has started to become a circus, it has to be stopped, crime needs punishment or the world won't work.
