Through being raped to many have had their life cut down to a mere whisper of what it once was. The act of sexual assault on a person is uncalled for. Numerous examples exist during war times soldiers raping children women boys and men yesteryear and today. This behavior during times of war proves my point that rape is an act of terror. I call upon the citizens of Canada who read this and realize that the consequences are the same when on is terrorized or sexually assaulted. Terrorism involves the illegal use of physical action one over another. Consequences icclude an array of emotional. behavioral and cognitive responces.fear, insomnia, anxiety anger. vulnerability increased alcoholism withdrawel from all. The same consequences are observed when one is raped. Therefore rape IS AN ACT IF TERRORISM. I therefore call upon the Judiciary of Canada to effect this truth forthwith.
