Children's Pool is the only human ocean swimming pool in the U.S. . The undersigned demands that the Cit of San Diego unlock the gate that is blocking the gate at this location to allow handicapped, the elderly and children access to the water. This pool was built by Ellen Scripps and accepted in trust by the City of San Diego to maintain it as a swimming pool for children and families. The ramp would allow assess to people who can not navigate the steep stariway. The slope of the beach is especially good for beach wheelchairs.
