This petition will be filed with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection requesting the Department deny the Raffaello Hotel the Public Place of Amusement License on the grounds that (I) the license would cause substantial injury to the value of the property in the neighborhood in which it is to be located; (III) the license would have an adverse effect on the traffic-flow or parking in the surrounding areas; (IV) the license would have an adverse effect on the character of the surrounding neighborhood because of the hours of operation or use.
