| 201 | Christopher Reyes | Its just a radio station to express a love for music. Music is a way to express ones self. Nothing more and nothing less. Dont put stereo types on a whole genre, because of a few bad apples.
Sincerely,
Christopher Reyes |

| 221 | Joseph Clarke | Radio Frequency provide good music and makes young people who are otherwise disenchanted with modern society, feel as if they are part of a bigger, closer and more meaningful community of people who all appreciate the good music that they play. It would be saddening to hear that such a supportive and friendly network had been closed down because of outdated and financially bias legality and government groups. |
| 222 | Pete Ludlow | frequency needs to be brought back
it brought nothing but good vibes to the dnb community |
| 223 | Nick Nelson | I for one am in full agreement each of the 6 points stated above in this petition. As a person who's grown up with music playing an essential part of my daily life, but often, like thousands of other people all over the country, have not had my 'particular' musical tastes catered for in a positive way by mass commercial radio stations, i feel that in this case, it's absolutely essential that we highlight the huge 'positive' impact that Radio Frequency has had on Leeds, it's surrounding areas, the North of England and the people therein who, like myself, have found it to be by far the most refreshing radio station to have been on the airwaves in years.
I feel a yearning need to carry on typing and begin listing my reasons for feeling so strongly about this, but i fear i may end up glued to my computer for the next few hours trying to explain to you why Radio Frequency is so very, very important, but not being able to convey my message in a way that would enlighten you to it's greatness. |
| 224 | shaun macrury | There not harming anyone are they! |
| 225 | James Davies | give radio frequency a break please! being into drum and bass i feel that this is a good outlet for the music that like minded people like myself can tune in and listen to the music that we love. to take that away would be upsetting to say the least. i hope you show some leniency to radio frequency. |

| 231 | owen wibberley | frequency has provided so many people with opportunities which wouldn't have excisted without it. the quality of the shows and the heavy community feel to the radio meant it far surpassed any other local (or national) radio stations in providing a service which entertained and informed.
long live frequency |

| 235 | rupert Turner | there is no way a station specialising in this sort of music could operate within the law. well run pirates are not irresponsible but perform a valuable community service. |

| 237 | David McGuinness | Frequency Radio is far from violence and crime as any radio station could get!!! I show support for them through this case as it is a travesty of justice.
thank you |
| 238 | Anonymous | this goes for alot of unlicensed stations on the dial
big up frequency |
| 239 | Melanie Jenkins | Radio Frequency discouraged drug use and violence and has been very positive in encouraging young musicians and supporting the community in many different ways. |

| 247 | john whetstone | As a full supporter of radio frequency i feel the station is both professional and an asset to the comunity, Due to its unique content and professionl approch it is a vitial platform for local tallent to be recognised and actively promote drum and base music in the leeds area.
I have witnessed the station activily support other local comunity events and it is a joy to listen to, I feel any leagal action taken against radio frequency is both unjust and unfair and it would be a great shame to loose the station due to it being small and having no financial weight.
As one of the few good music projects running for young people in the leeds area it would be a great loss for the comunity. |
| 248 | nick stanway | good luck!!! |
| 249 | Roisin O'Neill | |
| 250 | Michael Cooper | This radio station brought soo much to the community
It was a non profit organisation if anything It actually lost money
All because there is a need in the market for something like this and no other organisation has done something about it.
Im sure sure my having 88.1fm now as white noise has probably caused more distress to the thousands of people rather than by leaving it on air!
Ofcom might have been doing there job legally, but morally and ethicaly for the good of the people of Leeds and surrounding areas ?
I think not! |
