    Comments: In todays economy, jobs are very scarce through out our Country and when a Construction Project comes into an area, the Local Construction Work Force should be given the first opportunity. Instead of importing workers for accross the Country or even from accross the BORDER !! When Construction Companies come into an area and use sub-standard workers and pay sub-standard wages, the only winner is the CONTRACTOR !!!
