Struggle is a hard condition and less fortunate people have to deal with it differently as opposed to the more fortunate. No problem, you have a good spirit and the will to succeed; not to mention, you don't mind the struggle. So with positive energy, you begin to follow through towards your dreams and goals within your struggle: work, school, new ideas, etc. Suddenly, for no apparent reason (s) your struggle is hindered or assaulted by government acts, whose knowledge of it are now defining your struggle as a "surprisingly form of accomplishment," that's racist.
