Four years ago, Sunday Adelaja, an African immigrant and missionary who is the founding Pastor of the Embassy of God in Kiev, Ukraine was accused of fraud by the government of Ukraine in relation to a capital venture company that went broke due the global economic meltdown in 2008.

Several members of the church are currently imprisoned for the past three years without trial simply for refusing to testify against Adelaja. After 4 years of investigations and pre-trial, the Ukrainian government still has no evidence to proceed to trial but have frozen his assets.

This is a case of xenophobia and discrimination on religious, political and racial grounds towards Adelaja who publicly supported the 2004 Orange Revolution that brought down Yanukovych; who returned back to power in 2008 when the persecution against Adelaja began!Global intervention is needed because all evidence indicates that Pastor Sunday Adelaja will not be given a fair trial (if any) because of his race and faith.

Sign our online petition TODAY (and encourage others to do the same) to ensure that Pastor Sunday is not imprisoned also without any true evidence of wrong doing or better yet, drop these baseless charges against him. Also sign the second Petition for the U.S. White Houseintervention.

Please drop all charges and clear this innocent man. It’s taken too long and the world is watching.

He has voluntarily chosen to return to his birthplace Nigeria and help her build the much needed system. He has contributed immensely to the development of Ukraine in many ways. Stop this persecution against him. It is time to let him go. #istandwithpastorsundayadelaja

Dr. Sunday Adelaja is a good man and has done no wrong and should be let go including those that been imprisoned. Everything that he's been accused off is false and baseless. We know that it is because of his faith and race. I hereby sign this petition to free Dr. Sunday Adelaja.

Sunday Adelaja is a man that has lived his life for the people of Ukraine by helping the down trodden, the neglected of the society. He brought light into the lives of so many Ukrainians. We are asking for those changes to be dropped or he should be given a fair trial.

Pastor Sunday Adelaja is innocent, what he has done IN Ukraine and the rest of the world is a testament to that. There are no evidence against him so he should be granted his liberty to move freely.

This is an outcry of injustice and a return of the persecution of the disciples of Christ. The government in Kiev should quickly resolve and free all the detainees or they may end in jail themselves. FREE PASTOR SUNDAY, HIS ASSETS AND ALL THOSE DETAINED NOW!
