This petition is to support the efforts of RACE Communications to bring High Speed Internet to the East Kern County area of California.

RACE Communications is applying for CASF funds to deploy an advanced fiber optic network in Eastern Kern County communities.  Many of the residents and businesses are either not served or under served with the current communications infrastructure.  With your support WE can change this and bring advanced fiber optic network to your door step.
