Two young girls in Mobile,Al.need their cases to be heard by the courts.Both girls are victims of rape.In both cases the girls were abused for long periods of time,repeatly.We need to be their voice now that they are deceased.The two children both have passed due to unrelated incidents.Both of these young children were under the age of 12yrs.I need to know that justice will be served for both of them.One of the victims is my family ,I have made a promise to do all that is within my power for justice to be served.In her case the pedifile has NOT served any time! He was arrested and released within 6 Hours. This man is a former Chickasaw Police Officer(Bob Ingall.)He is living here and is walking around free.The courts have had hearings and this child has given her testimony.Being she is unable to speak for herself, We need to see that there will be justice served.There is medical proof and a report was filed.Her death came while awaiting Grand Jury. She passed right after Christmas in the year 2008. I would like to send this petition to our state and federal congressman. In order to have a law passed in her honor.So, other cases similiar in the future will be served.No Parent should have to fear there may be NO justice especially, after losing that child on top of everything else.There was a news segment on NBC15 reguarding these cases in January 2008.
