For those who feel the food that is put into the vending machines at Pleasant Valley State Prison and the person(s) stocking the vending machines is unacceptable than please sign this petition. We the visitor’s put thousands of coins into the vending machines each year, but the food selection we are given isn’t worth a nickel. There are only 5 vending machines per visiting room in which two of them hold drinks and one holds candy and only 3 microwaves. There are never enough eating utensils, condiments or napkins. We spend half our visiting time waiting in lines to either get food or heat it up. We the visitors are fed up and demand change in the visiting rooms. We the visitors feel R and J Vending conduct poor work ethics and are disrespectful to visitors. A better choice of food in the vending machines equals more profits which than makes visiting enjoyable for all. P.S. I have been a visitor at other prison located in California and they have food choices plenty of vending machine filled with food and eating supplies why can’t Pleasant Valley?
