Talking about "Being the team of the Ages" and the "Commitment to Excellence" should be done when the team is winning. How do you expect a team to move forward when since going to the Super Bowl in 2002, the Raiders have gone 19-61. We have no consistency in coaching and therefore no talent on the team. No free agent wants to sign with us because of how the team is being run. This is the only team with inside sources letting so much out. Why? When you are working for someone, you should have the ability to stand up and talk to him than hide in the shadows. Thats how it is described as working for Al Davis. Hey if Steinbrenner can leave the yankees alone and step aside then why cant Al Davis do that. He should be lucky that there are so many fans still loyal to the club and franchise. YOU ARE KILLING US AL..... We are always in the news for the wrong reasons. You need to step down.
This is the only team where people are stepping out and talking to the media in secret against their owner. You are running this team and their beloved fans into the ground. We are never going to win anything unless you leave this organization alone. You probably feel that if you dont run it then, this team might collapse. Look around you....the team is collapsing with you at the Helm. Name a team that is successful with the owner out of the way....uhhh the other 31 teams in the NFL. People that are so controlling have all fallen.....Hitler, Stalin. Thats right i am comapring you to a dictator. I am tired of this team being the butt of jokes. All the greatest organizations in the world have one thing in common...Team Work...Once you make your hire stick to it and help them out instead of running them out of town and ruining their lives and professional careers. So many coaches have turned you down to take jobs with other teams. I admire Lane Kiffin. He might not be the best coach in town (Dominic Rhodes and rouks) yet if i am hearing it correctly from the media about him sticking upto you..... all i have to say is that atleast soemone has the balls to do it.. Leave the team Al...Your fans are starting to turn on you...Your RAIDER NATION is turning on you...
